Terms and Conditions — 9oklotto Philippines Gaming Platform

Welcome to 9oklotto. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9oklotto ("we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the 9oklotto website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services available at https://9oklotto.app.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on 9oklotto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 9oklotto platform.

To register and use 9oklotto, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated 9oklotto account unless you have been explicitly reinstated by 9oklotto's compliance team.

Each person may hold only one (1) 9oklotto account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on 9oklotto, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Outdated contact details that prevent 9oklotto from reaching you do not excuse obligations under these Terms.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 9oklotto account. This includes bets placed, funds deposited or withdrawn, and any communications sent through your account. 9oklotto will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

• Do not share your 9oklotto password with anyone.
• Log out of 9oklotto after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Contact 9oklotto support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Complete KYC verification promptly when requested — unverified accounts may have withdrawal limits applied.

9oklotto accepts deposits exclusively via Philippine payment methods. All deposits are credited to your 9oklotto wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱) and are processed in real time for most methods. The following payment channels are currently supported:

9oklotto does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments from third-party accounts not registered in your name. All deposits must originate from a payment account or card that belongs to the registered 9oklotto account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be flagged, delayed, or returned.

9oklotto processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. 9oklotto does not charge withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the full amount sent to your GCash, Maya, or bank account.

Withdrawals are processed within the following timeframes after approval by 9oklotto's finance team:

• GCash and Maya: Typically within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• InstaPay-linked banks: Within 30 minutes during banking hours.
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank: Same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Before your first withdrawal, 9oklotto requires successful KYC verification — including a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of the payment method being used. This is a regulatory requirement under our licence and is designed to protect all players from fraudulent withdrawals. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 9oklotto, including basketball (PBA, NBA, UAAP), football, volleyball (PVL, UAAP, FIVB), boxing, tennis, and esports markets.

• Bet acceptance: All bets on 9oklotto are subject to acceptance confirmation. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet ID and confirmation message in your account history.
• Minimum bet: ₱50 per single selection. Parlay and accumulator bets also start at ₱50 total stake.
• Odds changes: Odds on 9oklotto fluctuate in response to market conditions and new information. Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed — not at later odds.
• Postponed matches: Bets on postponed matches remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before a result is determined, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned in full.
• In-play betting: Live bets on 9oklotto are subject to a brief delay in acceptance during fast-moving play. 9oklotto reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded if there was a data feed error or delay.
• Obvious errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (odds clearly inconsistent with the true market), 9oklotto reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have been confirmed. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum payouts: Maximum single bet payout on 9oklotto is ₱500,000. Parlay payouts are capped at ₱2,000,000 per bet slip.

All casino and card games available on 9oklotto — including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, and Tongits — are subject to the following general terms in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface.

• Games on 9oklotto use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for non-live products. Live dealer games use real physical cards and equipment streamed in HD — results are determined by physical gameplay and not software randomisation.
• In the event of a disconnection mid-game, 9oklotto's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. The game will be completed automatically in accordance with the applicable game rules and the outcome recorded accordingly.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game table — starting from ₱20 for standard Baccarat tables and ₱50 for most other live casino tables on 9oklotto.
• If a technical fault prevents a game round from being completed normally, the affected round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's 9oklotto wallet.
• Collusion, use of automated betting software, or any system designed to exploit game vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited on 9oklotto and will result in permanent account suspension.

9oklotto offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and the Refer a Friend reward program. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer on 9oklotto has specific wagering requirements, eligible games or bet types, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. These are published alongside each promotion and must be read carefully before accepting the offer.
• Bonus funds credited by 9oklotto cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the stated wagering requirements. Winnings generated from bonus bets become real money once the requirement is fulfilled.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per verified payment method on 9oklotto.
• 9oklotto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before its published end date, wagering progress already completed will be honoured.
• Refer a Friend: The 9oklotto Refer a Friend program pays a reward to an existing player for each eligible new player they successfully refer. The referred player must complete registration, verify their identity, and make a qualifying first deposit. Refer a Friend rewards are credited after these conditions are confirmed and are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as other bonus funds.

9oklotto takes responsible gaming seriously — not as a legal checkbox, but as a genuine operational commitment. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. When it stops being that for a player, 9oklotto has tools in place to help.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Changes to limits that decrease your allowed amount take effect immediately. Increases take 7 days to take effect.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based alerts to notify you how long you have been playing on 9oklotto in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your 9oklotto account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 30 days). Your account is inaccessible during this time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a full self-exclusion from 9oklotto for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are not reversible during the chosen period.

9oklotto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — and to withhold or forfeit account balances — in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or misleading identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC.
• Creation of multiple 9oklotto accounts by the same individual.
• Fraudulent deposit activity — including chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or manipulation of payment systems.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any attempt to bet on predetermined outcomes using insider information.
• Use of automated betting bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets on 9oklotto.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 9oklotto staff or other players.
• Any activity that 9oklotto's compliance team determines constitutes a violation of Philippine gaming law or international anti-money laundering standards.

Where 9oklotto closes an account due to confirmed fraud or terms violation, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited if fraud is confirmed. Legitimate balances in accounts closed for non-fraud reasons (e.g., self-exclusion request) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9oklotto collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173) and our published Privacy Policy. By registering on 9oklotto, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9oklotto uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with our gaming licence requirements, and improve our platform. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 9oklotto that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating any formal legal process, players are required to submit a written complaint to 9oklotto's support team and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for 9oklotto to investigate and respond. This complaint process must be exhausted before any external escalation.

9oklotto's internal complaints process: Submit your complaint in writing to support@9oklotto.app with your account ID, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Our compliance team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

9oklotto reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and where changes are material, 9oklotto will notify active players by email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of 9oklotto after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using 9oklotto and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date.
